She has served as embedded counsel to startups, growth-stage companies, public companies and global organizations across technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and international operations—most recently as General Counsel of a high-growth digital health company, guiding the company from scale through exit.

Known for her business-first mindset and candid approach, Amy partners closely with founders and executive teams to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance. Her work spans contracts, compliance, people operations, governance, and strategic transactions—always focused on reducing friction, managing risk, and supporting confident decision-making.

Off the clock, you’ll find Amy with her family and dogs, reading, getting in a good workout, traveling whenever possible, and maintaining a lifelong commitment to 90s music and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
